gather and grow

Homegrown, hand-spun living in the city

While we continue to work on our unfinished wall, I thought I’d post a slideshow with some photos of actual finished (and skillfully so, I might add) cob buildings within Cob Cottage Company’s compound in Southern Oregon. These images can speak for themselves, I think. These are the kinds of utterly livable, lovable, comfortable spaces one can create with cob. When sitting in one of these buildings, I never want to leave.

Do you have big plans to start a cob building at home?

      We hope so, eventually!
